Video Games Live is Coming to Malaysia!

Now, if you're like me you probably enjoy a good game once in a while and somewhere along the way, you think "Hey, this song is pretty damn catchy," and wind up having it stuck in your head and playing repeatedly over and over and over again like a broken jukebox depriving you of sleep and thus ruining your social life and explains why you can't get a girlfriend. Well, for that ultimate experience of videogame audio bliss, guess what, Video Games Live is coming to town, woohoo!!

It is confirmed and will be organized by the National Symphony Orchestra and will be held at Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre (KLCC). The date is confirmed to fall on the 17th of April 2010. It will be a two session show, one in the afternoon, and one in the evening at 2.30 pm and 8.30 pm respectively. Ticket fees range from RM100-RM400.

Well of course, the latter is for an exclusive seat. Is it worth it? You be the judge. The event will include such performances of music found in popular videogame franchises along the lines of Mario, Zelda, Final Fantasy, Kingdom Hearts, Metal Gear Solid, Castlevania, Metroid, so on and so forth. Putting Video Games Live in a nutshell: a definite must for gamers who enjoy videogame soundtracks.
